Purchase Notice

1. Water-Slide Decal Product Policy

• Nature of the Product: Water-slide decals are specialized, single-use consumable items. Once the packaging is opened and the decal is submerged in water, it is considered used. Because its physical state undergoes an irreversible change, it cannot be restored to its original condition for resale.

• Return & Exchange Policy: We do not accept any return or exchange requests for decals once they have been submerged in water. We highly recommend inspecting the design, content, and quality of the decals while they are still completely dry. Please ensure everything is correct before application.

2. Custom Commission Style & Aesthetic Variations

• Aesthetic Subjectivity: Aesthetic appreciation is naturally subjective. The final presentation of commissioned work (such as decal placement, matte finish texture, etc.) will adhere strictly to our studio's signature style. Please refer to our actual product photos or Instagram portfolio for reference.

• Special Requests: If you have specific placement or detailed requirements, please communicate them clearly before shipping your parts to us. Once the commission work has begun, we cannot accept any mid-process changes to the requirements.

3. Custom Commission After-Sales Disclaimer

• Defect Policy: Once the completed parts are shipped back and signed for by the buyer, we do not accept requests for re-work, refunds, or compensation based on subjective factors such as personal preference, color variance, or mismatches with your imagination, provided there are no major defects (e.g., severe damage caused during shipping).

• Shipping Risk: Shipping risks are to be borne entirely by the buyer. We strongly recommend securely and properly packaging your parts before shipping them to us.
